1. Our commitment

BootNet considers it important that the Site be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, with equality, independence and dignity. Efforts have been made to improve the accessibility of the Site, and we continue to work on it, with the aim of meeting the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

2. Accessibility toolbar

The Site includes an accessibility toolbar (OneTap) that lets you change display settings, such as text size, contrast and link highlighting. The toolbar is a supplementary aid and does not replace making the Site itself accessible. The preferences you choose are stored in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). The Site is available in Hebrew and English.

3. Possible limitations

Some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a difficulty, contact us (section 4) and we will make an effort to provide the information or service in an alternative accessible way.

4. Accessibility enquiries

If you encounter an accessibility problem on the Site, or need information or a service in an accessible way, you can contact us:
  • Phone: +972-2-624-9797
  • Online: our contact page
  • or through the “Contact” page of the Site.
To help us handle your enquiry, please include the page (URL), a description of the problem and the browser and assistive technology you used.
