1. General
1.1 This website (the “
Site“) is operated by BootNet (“
BootNet“, “
we” or “
us“).
1.2 Use of the Site is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the information on the Site
2.1 The Site presents general information about BootNet and its areas of activity: integrated technology solutions for luxury homes, hospitality and business environments, such as networks, security and access control, audio-video, automation and managed service.
2.2 Information on the Site, including descriptions of solutions, technologies, processes and services, is
general information only. It is not a binding offer, not a commitment to any result and not professional advice tailored to your property or organisation.
2.3 We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change. Products, technologies and services described on the Site may change.
3. Quotes, agreements and managed service
3.1 Services and products are supplied only under a written quote or agreement between BootNet and the customer. The quote or agreement sets the scope of service, price, timetable, service level and liability.
3.2 The e-Concierge (managed) service is provided only under a separate service agreement and the plan selected in it.
3.3 If anything on the Site conflicts with a quote or agreement, the quote or agreement prevails.
4. Images, renderings and illustrations
4.1 Some images on the Site are
illustrations created with artificial-intelligence (AI) tools or renderings. They are intended only to illustrate ideas and environments. They do not show an actual BootNet project, a specific customer or a specific product, unless expressly stated.
4.2 Other images and renderings are for illustration. Actual results depend on the property, equipment and specification agreed in the contract.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, images, illustrations, videos and the BootNet name and logo, are protected by intellectual-property rights of BootNet or of third parties.
5.2 You may view the Site and save or print pages for personal or internal non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, publish, modify or commercially use Site content without prior written consent, unless the law permits it.
5.3
Third-party trademarks: names, logos and trademarks of manufacturers and suppliers shown on the Site belong to their owners and appear only to identify technologies and products. Their appearance does
not mean that BootNet is their partner, representative or certified installer, or that they endorse BootNet, unless expressly stated.
5.4 If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us (section 12) and we will look into it.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site:
(a) unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
(b) to attempt unauthorised access, run vulnerability scans, bypass security measures or disrupt the Site;
(c) for automated, systematic collection of content (scraping), beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
(d) to send malicious code, spam or offensive content through the form;
(e) to submit false details or another person’s details without authorisation.
7. Enquiries through the form and WhatsApp
7.1 An enquiry through the form, WhatsApp or any other channel does
not create a contract and does not oblige BootNet to provide a service or a quote.
7.2 Information you provide is handled under the Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive information, passwords, system access details or payment details through these channels.
7.3 Use of WhatsApp is subject to the terms and policies of WhatsApp/Meta.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site includes third-party links and components, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Google Fonts and the OneTap accessibility toolbar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Their use is subject to their own terms.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it. We do not promise that the Site will operate without interruption or errors.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 The Site and its information are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BootNet and those acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information on the Site without a quote, agreement or specific advice, from temporary unavailability of the Site, or from third-party websites.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, or derogates from your rights under consumer-protection law.
11. Governing law and language
11.1 These Terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
11.2 These Terms are published in Hebrew and English.
12. Changes and contact
