Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29.10.2026 This website is operated by BootNet Ltd. (Company No. 513625343), 24 Derech Hevron, Jerusalem, Israel.

1. Who we are

This website (the “Site“) is operated by BootNet (“BootNet“, “we” or “us“). BootNet is the controller of the information collected through the Site, within the meaning of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the “Law“). Privacy enquiries: via our contact page, by phone at +972-2-624-9797, or through the “Contact” page of the Site.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through the Site (in Hebrew and English) and to enquiries that reach us as a result: through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email. It does not apply to services we provide under an agreement; those are governed by the agreement and its privacy terms. It also does not apply to third-party websites and services that the Site links to.

3. Contact form

What we collect: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. Only the email address is required; the other fields are optional. Why: to get back to you, handle your enquiry, arrange a meeting or consultation, and prepare a quote if you ask for one. Basis: you are under no legal obligation to give us this information. Providing it depends on your choice and consent, and is used to handle your enquiry. Without contact details we cannot get back to you. Who receives it: the enquiry is sent by email to our team that handles enquiries, and may be recorded in our customer management systems. How long we keep it: see section 11. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry, such as medical information, card numbers, passwords or system access codes.

4. Job applications

Information you give us when applying for a job will be used to assess and handle your application, and will be handled under this policy.

5. WhatsApp button

The Site contains links to WhatsApp that open in a new tab or app. The button is a link only: until you click it, the Site does not send information to WhatsApp. After you click, you move to the WhatsApp service, operated by WhatsApp/Meta, and your information is processed under its own privacy policy and terms, not this policy. When you message us, we receive your phone number, profile name and picture (according to your WhatsApp privacy settings) and the content of the messages and files you send. We use this information only to handle your enquiry.

6. Social networks and embedded content

The Site links to BootNet’s pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Clicking a link takes you to that network, and your use of it is subject to its own policy. If we add embedded social-media or video content to the Site, we will update this policy beforehand.

7. Automatically collected information and third-party components

  • Server logs: the Site’s hosting server may log IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time and referring page, for security and operation.
  • Google Fonts: Site pages load fonts from Google’s servers. Your browser therefore contacts Google, and Google receives your IP address and technical details about your browser.
  • Google Maps: a Google map is embedded on the “Contact” pages. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address, browser details and the page address, under its own policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: the forms on the Site use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and automated abuse. The service collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Analytics and advertising tools: the Site does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or similar measurement or targeted-advertising tools. If we add such tools, we will update this policy in advance.

If we add such tools, we will update this policy in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.

Some of our service providers may store or process information on servers outside Israel. Any such transfer will be made in accordance with applicable law.

No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur. If a security incident occurs, we will act as required by law.

14. Marketing messages

Submitting your details through the form or WhatsApp is not consent to receive advertising. We will send advertising only if you have expressly agreed, as required by law, and every such message will include a simple way to unsubscribe.

16. Minors

The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 18. If a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
